Although, in many ways, we walk our paths alone in solitude, meeting and intersecting at times. In my personal opinion, those who walk similar paths are enriched by communion with their fellows.  Checking in and testing your ideas and thoughts against others (like-minded or not) will only help you grow within your path and help them progress as well.

No man is an island, we are all forever the learner, and it is ok to reach out for help from time to time while on this quest.

Wisdom is only found when two parts are made whole; Knowledge and Action. When you can take the Knowledge given, and put it into action into your entire life, your whole self (Spiritual, Mental, and Physical), only then can you find Wisdom through Experience. I am reminded of this by my old Teacher, Derek Thompson in an old lesson from Ashla Knights.

Harmony of mind, body, and spirit is not achieved through the focused development of one but the conditioning of all three.  Just as one cannot expect to comprehend in whole the true nature of a thing through one method, ideology, or practice, one must look to the empirical, philosophical and spiritual if one is to gain a complete understanding of something. Harmony represents the convergence of all three systematically developed aspects of your being.

We go to great effort to achieve a balance of mind, body, and spirit. We do this through the practice of the core ideas and philosophies presented. It is not enough to read about an ideology you intend to accept as your life path; it must be personified by living it every day of your life. You must agree and devote yourself to the idea that you can be better each day. Living the path is the most challenging part of any philosophy. One cannot remain as they are and expect such a fundamental and profound transformation to succeed overnight.  Real, long-lasting change happens by taking small measured steps, not giant leaps.

Apprehension is understandable, for your new journey will be a daunting one.  Life is hard enough. The perception of a quest filled with additional doubt and difficulty while purposefully learning to master one… never mind all three aspects of your being might seem like a colossal step back or a huge obstacle.  This is not so. It is a monumental leap forward, and it is an obstacle smasher.  That which you already know and trust has brought you this far, to the point of realization and actualization. Now it is time to refine what you know, cultivate what you trust, and become whole and balanced. To actualize the tenets and teachings is to manifest them all day, every day.  This means you must change the quality of your thinking, the condition of your body, and the nature of your spirit to ensure that your internal energy is balanced and flowing freely, that you are in a state of harmony.

This will not be an easy process, and success will not be immediate. It will take time and effort to unify the mind, body, and spirit to achieve a basic yet steady harmonious flow of balanced internal and external harmony.  Only by going slow and pacing yourself will you eventually succeed.
