By registering you will be opening an account with the Knights of Awakening (KOA). The KOA does collect, organize and store a limited amount of personal information and account data such as; individual names, user-names, addresses, phone numbers, community rankings and email addresses.

* The information collected is stored in the United States.
* The use of this information is solely for websites services such as on-line security purposes, community announcements and product updates.
* We do not sell or share member information without member’s expressed permission.
* Members may opt out of receiving community announcements and website updates at any time by sending an email to KOA Administration and asking us to remove them from our list.

IP Addresses:

The KOA maintains log files, which contain Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses. An IP address is a numeric address that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. We use log files to monitor traffic on our web site and troubleshoot technical problems. In the event of user abuse, we may block certain IP addresses and/or use them to enforce our Terms of Service.

Clicking links to news articles and affiliates will take you from the KOA to the web site you selected. We cannot control the activities of other websites and therefore accept no responsibility as to how your personal information is used when you visit other sites, nor can we guarantee that others will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. Online Pages, Discussion threads & Chat Rooms:

Some of the KOA’s pages may be in public view. Disclosing personal information on any of  our publicly viewable pages negates any expectation of privacy or confidentiality. You should know that any personally identifiable information you submit can be read, collected and used by others to send you unsolicited messages. The KOA is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in this manner.

All chat rooms, forums and blogs on this website are heavily monitored and moderated, so never assume or expect that your conversations are private. Should we discover any material or behavior that violates state and federal laws, we will notify law enforcement.
